Founder & CEO

At the intersection of cities and nature, Dima is a creative thought leader and a catalyst for sustainable transformation, fusing urban strategy, design and sustainability into transformative interventions.

Her work moves across scales and disciplines, transported by systems thinking and fueled by a deep-rooted expertise from years of practice across public and private sectors, and enriched by academic research. Dima brings a unique depth of expertise that bridges the science of cities, circular systems, and biomaterials.

Inspired by the fascinating world of fungi and their role in our ecosystems, Dima learned mycology and founded MycoSphere, to unlock the hidden potential of fungi to power a regenerative future through circular economy.

Mohamed Al Mutawwa

Chief Partnership & Engagement Officer

With a background in urban planning and sustainability, Mohamed has spent years shaping policies, governance frameworks, and high-impact initiatives across major UAE government entities.

He played a key role in advancing Dubai’s green economy agenda, from developing zero-emission mobility strategies to embedding climate resilience into public infrastructure. Beyond his technical expertise, Mohamed is recognized for building strong networks across government, industry, and civil society, helping to align diverse stakeholders around ambitious goals.

Mohamed worked on initiatives that enhance well-being and social impact. He has also served on the Advisory Council for People of Determination, where his professional and personal insights informed inclusive decision-making. In addition, he co-founded the Emirates Planning Association, serving on its founding board of directors since 2020.
